Where Reflect comes from
A Companion That Listens First.
Rivo Reflect grows out of Echo, the AI companion built by Axelo. In Axelo, Echo listens so that mentors can guide and therapists can care. In Rivo, that same listening companion has been rebuilt for younger children and given a new job.
Reflect is there to support your child in the moment. More than that, it is there to get to know your child over time, so the people around them can understand them better, notice what is changing, and choose the support that fits.

Every conversation adds a little to the picture. With your consent, Reflect notices how your child talks about their day, what feels easy or hard, what excites or frustrates them, how they engage with activities, and how all of that changes over time.
- Patterns, not verdicts. Reflect looks for patterns in how your child communicates, engages, and responds over time, and connects them with what you, teachers, and specialists share.
- Across all six areas. What Reflect notices feeds into the same picture as everything else Rivo looks at: learning, strengths, communication, emotions, sensory and motor development, and daily life.
- Between sessions and report cards. A clearer view of how your child is really doing in the weeks when no one is formally assessing them.
- People decide. Insights inform the parents, educators, and specialists on your child’s team. Decisions about support stay with them.
Pending review. Exactly what Reflect records during a check-in, and how it is analysed, will be described here once confirmed by the product team and reviewed by counsel. The prototype assumes text-based check-ins and activities only: no audio, video, or biometric analysis.

A child takes part in Rivo Reflect only with a parent or guardian’s permission, and that permission can be withdrawn at any time.

What your child shares goes to the people you have invited to their team, and no one else.
Never used to advertise
Nothing your child shares is used to advertise to your family or to build a profile of your child for anyone else’s purposes.
Age-appropriate by design
Check-ins and activities are written for children and shaped around their developmental readiness.

If a child or anyone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line. How Reflect raises concerns to a child’s adults is to be confirmed.

No. Rivo helps you understand your child’s strengths and challenges and points you to the right support. It isn’t a substitute for a professional evaluation or medical advice. When a formal evaluation is needed, we’ll help you find the right professional.
